Terms of Service

Tasky is a task management platform for teams, families, students, and everyday workflows. The service helps users create, assign, track, and organize tasks across workspaces.

Tasky may include AI-assisted features such as task extraction from files, voice notes, email content, images, and WhatsApp messages.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your credentials secure, and using Tasky only for lawful purposes.

Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for managing members, roles, invitations, and task data inside their workspaces.

You may not use Tasky to upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, or malicious content, or to interfere with the operation or security of the service.

You may not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to Tasky or related systems.

Tasky is currently in Early Access. Paid plan details, pricing, billing intervals, limits, and subscription terms are still being finalized.

When paid subscriptions become available, the applicable plan terms will be presented before checkout or renewal.

Tasky uses third-party AI providers, including OpenAI, to support features such as task extraction and summarization. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed by users.

WhatsApp-related features use Meta's WhatsApp Business platform. Users are responsible for ensuring that messages and task content they send comply with applicable laws and platform policies.

You retain ownership of your workspace, task, comment, file, and related content. Tasky processes this data only to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload or share any content you add to Tasky.

During Early Access, Tasky is provided without a guaranteed service-level agreement. We aim to keep the service reliable, but interruptions, changes, and maintenance may occur.

Features may change, be added, or be removed as the product evolves.

We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these terms, creates security risk, or uses the service unlawfully.

Users may stop using Tasky at any time and may contact us for account or data deletion requests.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tasky and TechCoTech LLC-FZ are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Tasky is provided on an Early Access basis and should not be used as the sole system for critical legal, medical, financial, or emergency operations.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with TechCoTech LLC-FZ based in Dubai.
